Whoops
My hard drive just ate it. Or, more accurately, the volume structures on my hard drive are scragged. Fortunately it’s “just” my work machine so there’s technically nothing I care about — all my work lives on a server that is backed up and all that good stuff. Locally, however, things are so bad that I can’t even save the DiskWarrior report (it crashes). Cool, huh? Hopefully I’ll be back up and running by tomorrow; right now I’m preparing to save what I can off the drive so I can erase it and reinstall.
On a positive note, GSM has been able to tell time since 1999. Who knew?
