After lovely fireworks at Sonoma State University's Green Music Festival the night before, we stayed with friends in San Rafael and headed over to Point Reyes. Best photo oppportunities were Pigeon Guillemots nesting under the fish docks, roosting Turkey Vultures, and some very cooperative California Quail at sunset near the visitor's center.
