We hopped out of the car at first parking area to observe Ring-necked Ducks when a Ferruginous Hawk came from the south, gave us a close flyover and continued east.

Spotted by Sheila shortly after arriving for the first time at the Visitor's Center. The Falcon flew over the parking lot 30 minutes later so everyone else could see it.
